At Nexus Programme Ltd, we are proud to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and autism across Ashford and the surrounding Kent villages. As a provider of both residential care homes and supported living services, our commitment to quality is reflected in our Care Quality Commission (CQC) ratings and the continuous standards we uphold.
The CQC is the independent regulator of health and adult social care services in England. Their inspections ensure that care providers deliver services that are safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led. We value the CQC's role in maintaining transparency and accountability in our sector.
Alongside our residential services, we offer tailored supported living support that promotes self-determination and autonomy. Each plan is designed to suit the unique needs of the individual, whether they require a few hours a week or more comprehensive assistance.
All our services—residential and supported living—operate with the same level of care, consistency, and quality assurance, with oversight from the CQC and our own in-house governance.
We operate three residential care homes, each carefully located in safe, welcoming communities that offer excellent access to local amenities. These homes are small in size, providing tailored support and fostering an environment of respect, dignity, and independence.
